4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
