Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund

Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued. We encourage you to reschedule instead.

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days. We will review your case and offer a resolution, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
