How do I sign in to the Shunyatax portal?
Visit portal.shunyatax.in/auth/login and enter the email you signed up with. We send a one-time link — no password to remember.
Is the portal free to use?
Free to apply and free to use the basic deal flow. Shunyatax Membership tiers unlock priority deal alerts, advanced filters and 1:1 capital desk advisory.
Who can become an investor?
Accredited / sophisticated investors and family offices based in India, UAE or USA. We verify either via SEBI AIF registration, CA-attested net worth, or equivalent in your jurisdiction. Angel investors with prior deployment history are welcome too.
What stages do you cover?
Pre-seed through Series B for equity. Term loans, revenue-based finance and bridge debt for capital seekers not ready to dilute. Cross-border secondaries on request.
How long does verification take?
Most applications clear within 24 hours. Complex cases (cross-border structures, FII setups) take up to 5 business days while we check compliance.
Does Shunyatax take a commission?
We charge a small success fee on equity rounds we route, disclosed upfront in the engagement letter. No fee on deals you bring outside the platform.
Is my data confidential?
Founders control which investors see what. Pitch decks and financials sit behind explicit access grants — never public. NDA workflow is built into the portal.
