Spanning a 1,400-metre stretch, the upgraded beach expands the public area by 50 per cent and introduces modern recreational facilities, shaded seating, children’s play zones, enhanced swimming areas, and dedicated tracks for walking, jogging, and cycling.

The project also reflects Dubai’s broader urban vision. Smart services such as public Wi-Fi, AI-enabled safety systems, improved lighting, and electric vehicle charging stations are being integrated, aligning the redevelopment with the Dubai Quality of Life 2033 and Urban Master Plan 2040.
